I see the loot flow this way and its proven within my SOC that i'm right. My SOC members log in and ask me what to hunt today........
Most say that decay is where
MA make the peds so if you get decay in a hunt your not paying into the loot pool, but if you are using ammo/probes/bombs these are your payments to the loot pool. Loot pool builds up in a certain area AND on a certain mob and depending on the amount of ppl hunting that mob = the more loot to POSSIBLY be looted, remember loot is not guarenteed you could spend 200 ped ammo get no globals and a friend could get 3-4 globals with same ammo, this leads me to believe in a personal loot pool running alongside the area/mob loot pool.
Good examples of this would be Feffs at Fort Fury lots of ppl lots of globals and HoF's. Argo's at Twin same as above lots of ppl etc. Drones at Jasons.
Pull all 3 together at the same time and add some luck BANG nice HoF or even ATH!
My personal experiance only the other week was that I lost 700 peds in the morning hunting CP but not at the correct time of day (morning less ppl) then that night I went to some of my other spots and this is what I got

All hits are on known global mobs, in known global area's and combined with my huge ped loss I added my full loot pool.
