I'd recommend considering finding a good Society as an alternative to a Mentor.
Experienced Soc mates can help lots, and Society life is one of the most underated aspects of
EU.
Keep reading the guides and forums, remembers two things:
1. Treat people in the manner and way that you would expect to be treated.
2. If something looks too good to be true it probably is, refer to the Scam/Scammer Forum section...protect your Ped.
