Ok, now to be serious (see my post above.) Is there a place where I can read about how chipping works?
Or do I have it right:
You buy a biggish empty chip, then when you chip out you lose about 10% of the skills in the transfer. If you don't fill the chip, you wind up with a skill chip and a new, smaller empty chip.
Is that right on? Or is there more to it than that. And the 10% loss part... is it always 10%, or 'give or take' or....?
