It's no secret. You need to kill (on average) just over 17 million Hogglo's to loot a pair. The chance that that pair fits your avi's gender is slightly less than 4%. So you need to multiply 17+ million with 25+, (425+ million Hogglo's) and you know what to do. Now get cracking, with a bit of effort you should have your footies by Sunday night.
