That's an excellent point, you know!

It would be rather confusing.
But, there are already many Latinos and French who arrive every day and who have to cope with English controls. They're the typical kind of new comers who simply won't stop bellowing:
"¿Alguien habla español?"
"¿Algun latino por aqui?"
"Y a quelqu'un qui parle Francais?"
"Je cherche quelqu'un qui vit en France / au Quebec"
They look so helpless.
But, I agree, they should learn English, the lazy ones! It's a basic need!

Or at least, properly express themselves in English. It's common politeness!
