Actually its the Second-rate Cloth + Advanced Cloth extractors, which have the same color combo (white-black-gold). I just checked in the auction, and those two are exactly identical, and either of them fit the color-scale.

MA design crew just made a simple mistake, or the "Second-rate" is a unique copy design from Taiwan.
Order of the words top to bottom is more or less random. I just set them according to my own belief of power-symbolism. There are no systems about which extractors belong to which level BP/skill.
