4 times in one paragraph it tells me I have to be a US resident and then states IF you chose followed again by if you are not then stop using it....do you think this should really give me confidence in using this site?

EF would know I am not a flamer and am not abusive but......how many times do I need to be told that I dont fit the criteria before realising I DONT FIT THE CRITERIA!!
hmmm that is like saying The law states thou shalt not steal....if you choose to steal then you are responsible for the outcome of having broken it .........if you get caught.....
