No need to say this poor baby died instantly. He told me his story, so i asked him "how was his loot ?". He said about 25 ped.
Of course, this could be a coincidence, but this would tend to prove that the dmg dealt (even if overdamage is done) is taken into account for calculating the loot.

say what? how does this theory of yours fit in knowing that peeps have killed bery's with damage dealt right near their max health, and have gotten 1k+ peds out of them?
