sorry to be picky, but if they are infringing copyrights, then shouldnt they be prosecuted under the law? It is then for the law and the local jurisdiction to deal with.
trouble with this rubbish is it doesnt address the underlying concerns with copyright, the anomolies of revenues to corporations owning/licensing content verses those that actually go to artists and producers of work.
the way to win is to stop buying or indeed pirating copyright material from those that seek to maintain the status quo, and purchase material from those that seek to adopt the new models the internet offer. Supporting piracy doesnt move the debate on.
