Exactly.
How can it be a real "Load Test", when most members can't get to take part coz they are at work (due to lack of advanced notice) & wont call in sick for "a test".
I Know there will be some who call in sick, but there will be many many more who save their "sick day" for the real thing.
I might start feeling unwell tuesday at work...
