logistically, it's very bad for
MA to have a minimum 4 hour test that starts at 14:00 (or whatever) their time. That would mean they'll be there till at least 18:00, but more likely, 22:00 - 24:00. So, starting at 12:30, they MAY be out of there by 16:30, but more likely, 18:30 - 20:30.
Now, if you are sitting at work all day long, setting up for an event, making sure everything is ready to go, having meetings, then in the late afternoon, you have to supervise an all night event with a bunch of whiners and players (particularly in that order), how would you feel as an employee?
Personally, as an employee, and as a boss, I would have selected an even earlier time frame, have a morning meeting, then start shortly afterwards (say 9:00), so hopefully me and all my people are out of the place by 5pm. If shit runs long, then we've had all day to evaluate and tweak the situation, we can leave and let the players have their fun (or lack thereof).
More often than not people complain, and don't fully put thereselves in others shoes. If people would take the time to say think how other people think/feel, I'm positive less moaning would be happening, and more verified results of how the loot works would be appearing.
Ok.. rant off...
