They can add fertiliser and change the DNA just like any land area owner can, so if there have been Kingfisher Stalkers around then yes, that's where they're coming from.
I'm not sure about adding/removing DNA - though I'm pretty sure
MA wouldn't allow them to destroy the DNA that exists there by default, would they? Please don't test this theory on Oculus/Kingfisher/Thorio
