i agree there should be more better chips dropping.
the whole point to skill up is to use the usefull chips and if they are rare and cost sill money and have no real use i dont see the point.
it's not like the univers would become a soo different place if more people had res chips and wormhole chips. there might be the odd reseller that mught have a moan about drop in pricve but that the risk you take.
