Yes it is. They say : "There are two official mindark email addresses used to inform participants about their account." SO they are talking about sending info to you.

MA, just use the support system.
In principle it's not bad, but people are stupid (otherwise they wouldnt fall for such scam in teh first place). So just teach them never to trust any mail, and let the just check the
eu site.
