your question doesn't make sense. obviously "everyone" won't put their efd in the fund as they have other uses for it. but the second part of the question makes even less sense as "everyone" would not buy the EFD's ether, but somebody surely would.

very quickly indeed. the growth fund has proven to be more popular then i had guessed. and within one day we are almost to 50% our of first goal.
