I too was very fortunate to get a great benefit when relatively new to EU. It was extremely unfortunate that one of my best friends within EU passed away from a brain tumour. We had talked about it for approx 4 months, my friend found the anonymity of chatting in EU a real relief. When he passed away (aged 31) his wife logged on his avatar to tell me he had left his gear to me in his will. A full set of Vigi among other things gave me a real boost.
Ever since I have been "paying it forward" and feel very satisfied that I am able to do so. |
Pay it forward was a concept originally created by Benjamin Franklin. So was the public library.
