Was only in the last couple of days i read on EF there were no appartments available on auction, and I was shocked..I did not realise, hadn't looked for myself.

I have seen deeds however located at various shopping mall shops, hmm, however I did not check the price, I may pop back and check. I would be interested to see how inflated they are.

It was mentioned Anshe bought them all up, who knows? not me.
Going by the answers in this thread also, seems alot of people buy appartments maybe just for the investment, and have no intention of using them, or paying rent.

I can understand the frustrations of some people wanting an appartment, to cherish/furnish/use, and not being able to get one, yet have the knowledge, there are hundreds of appartment not being used, and deeds sit idle.

I found an appartment at last, C style in Sakura City right next to a TP.. 18th floor with a pretty good view and the C has a nice large balcony out the back too... I paid 585Ped for it which i think was fair, would have paid up to 2000+ for a G appartment in the same building but none available.

I am now understanding more the whole maintanince fee, and that its more of just a monthly access fee to get in an out of it.

So to those players who I may have offended I appologise... I was just TRYING to understand what was goin on in that so many appartments not being used/empty.

If anyone wants to sell a G appartment in Sakura or in those Biliton Towers let me know via PM :P

But yeh i was just tryin to understand why so many were not being used and empty or without access fees paid etc.
