I'm fairly certain that people who have held their GC for over a year will be able to get at least a replacement reader. I've read something concerning this on this board although can't remember if it was an official
MA post or a copy and paste from someone's support case.
It's definately a good thing from
MA although personally I think it should be more like you have to buy one within your first two months. After that grace period, no GC, no play. Would eliminate nearly all fraud.
