There aren't that many skills on auction at one time, how would you chip 400hp in one night?
For a start you'd need to find 100 full esi's and then the ubers to give you the skills
Or alternatively, working on an average of 15 peds in an esi...you need
6000 esis'..
Over a month (a year?) maybe, but not overnight
