As you can see from the title picture, the chosen armor was Pixie purchased from some guy in Port Atlantis. I also got myself a TT Vivo, pistol, and 100 bombs to get started. Crowd mentality. They hear it is good, tell ALL of their friends, soon the place is swarming. Then you have 20 bits of loot split 40 ways, people complain, but for a while the influx exceeds departures and the area remains "overharvested" for a while. Also I have found that some areas can be rather 'time of day' dependant.
