....Unless you're a virtual bank owner or high roller, then it is okay.... Or is that changed also? Just wondering since a well known high roller still offers ped exchange rate against "other RCE currency".


EDIT: Reviewing the above "mentioned" bank owners website again proves my info might be outdated. Couldnt find the exchange rate table any longer.
