Thanks to all others who helped, especially H&R Members, and Burnsey for selling the Mod DAR . This was indeed a memorable land grab, with some of the most advanced strategy, tactics, and diplomacy
EU has seen.
I had almost as much fun in the big "Counsel of War," intra/inter-society strategizing and follow-on negotiations held by the above Socs prior to LG as I did during the event. It was very satisfying to see the plan well-executed, with almost the exact results desired (except for the Warants reset, but we came very close, and could have done it except for one key tactical hesitation).
This LG should dispell some of the overly inflated emphasis on "unique" items, 300+HP and individual PK performance versus strategic and tactical acumen, alliances, reputation, and leveraging relationships (and yes, still a fair amount of equipment and skills).
