No, I just ment that what you said is right, every decay any newcommer do, will grant
MA money, but that's because someone else, who have depositet money, bought that newcommers sweat and used it for something else
if that newcommer withdraw his 10 peds, then
MA wouldn't make money on his decay any more, since it's not there, but.. The decay the newcommer do, which grants
MA money, comes from another depositing player, and the newcommers 10ped worth of sweat is taken out of the loot pool, which again affects the loot of thoose who have deposited they're money into Entropia
