I too would want to thank Pinky for her great series. It has given a great deal of info for me and continues to inspire.
I also hope that it will spur even more "oldies" out there to be even nicer to us newcomers :-) The ones I have met have been positive, so no complaints in that department. But hopefully it will turn a few disciple farmers into "real" mentors ;-)
