Level well you ask a valid question in your post.
I think the value of skills is variable. Now if you hunt the same mobs(maturity level) with the same weapons and amount of ammo you will probably get similar results but I don't think each hunt will yield the exact same results each time.
Now if you change some of the variables like hunting less eco and/or higher maturity mobs you will probably gain more skills. Adding SIB weaponry is also changing a variable so you should get different results. Is it anything we can really measure? Unless you are playing on the
MA test server with those neat little skill gain value messages I think it would be quite difficult to accurately measure differences but the stat grinders might be able to get a closer approximation of what you can gain.
EU is dynamic its a variable virtual universe. You can kind of expect certain results but there is no guarantee those are the results you will get day in and day out.
