I've looted a bunch of HL8s, an HL11, and a PUG 9 in the last week. All of them have markups over 150%! Good items drop all the time.
The problem is people still think they are playing
PE, which had an unsustainable economy where unlimited items dropped regularly.
Oh yeah, and a few small ESIs, but you don't want to hear about those.
