The Swedish laws on gambling is just as strict as the German ones. And MindArk and
EU has been checked by the Swedish Gambling Commition and they decided to not label it as gambling.
That being said, none of the professions in
EU is based on pure luck. Often it takes persistance to make it work, and the ability to gather knowledge (your own or others) about a field and use that.
I dont belive anything
needs to be pure luck as long as you got the know-how.
