Perception is very clearly a skill: it's listed in the skills panel (K keyboard shortcut), and can be extracted onto an Empty
Skill Implant and become a Perception
Skill Implant.
The main thrust of this thread is a discussion of how the Perception
skill impacts various activities within EntropiaUniverse, such as loot values, and thus belongs in the Skills forum.
