sorry but that is so vague that it almost disproves the theory. thats more or less an area twice your radar, and you've set such a low qualification with either an item (wool? pixie shins? shadow helmet?), "bigger" loot (bigger than what?), rare ore (relative to your usual ores or actually rare), or a "bit" higer value. If you carpet bombed or killed everything in a 300m area it would be unlikly if you didnt get one of the above (discounting actual rare ore, unless in a spot known for them).
