fairly accurate. You'll get a really nice wheatbeer (erdinger, hoegarden) for the top price there, normal largers will be under £3, Wetherspoons pints under £2.50 or even <£2 if you sample some nice warm ales. i wouldnt buy any food in a pub for more than a tenner but then i m cheap and dont go to gastro pubs. iirc the Anchor is quite reasonable and the pub in Greenwich is a wetherspoons. your going south of the river, its a bit cheaper than west end.
Those on a tight budget might want to buy bread bagette or rolls from a corner shop to save money for beer
