Seeing as the time is midnight to 2am, or for Sweden 1am to 3am, I would assume it's
MA's ISP doing the maintenance.
An ISP would most likely try and do such work when most of their customers are asleep in bed. Avoids all the complaint Phone calls & irate customers.
MA on the other hand would probably do in-house maintenance work during office hours, to avoid overtime rates.
An ISP can afford the overtime more than it can afford the irate customers, and probably has people available to do work at night 24/7 to start with.
