I may be wrong, since
MA didn't tell us nothing about this yet, but I think:
1) each new planet will have its own items, even if you can take yours there, that doesn't mean they drop there
2)
MA can probably also block items from other planets out, so if you get huge weapons from another planet and come to
MA planet to bring mobs to their knees, you may find out that that weapon can't be used there or that its stats are adjusted to the planet
Then again, what do I know...
