Thanks so much for this report! As a noob who's only been playing for about a week, it was equal parts refreshing and informative! I've been running around, sweating like crazy, hunting anything and everything I can kill, and the decay/ammo costs alone are eating away at my modest initial deposit, so it's nice to know that it's possible to sustain myself without having to continually deposit. Maybe I'll start looking for a good, small society now...
