what a shame the support teams cant be included - they too put in a great deal of effort towards the winning team - for example in the last England Vs Poland match it was the support team that made all the difference.
I appreciate there is no easy way of doing it due to the supports growing and changing constantly, but maybe next year a way could be devised to include the entire team, not just the main team members
