sad to say, but afaik, the only chance of a mod/adj fap droping is someone actually droping it on the ground. because of a certain "bug" years ago, there are more mod faps than
MA ever intended to be. so i doubt Mod faps will ever drop again, get ur med skills up and buy a good L fap
