One point is that you don't really
know any of this, you're just speculating the (sometimes) obvious. Like listening to the sound of an engine and saying "There has to be an engine here, somewhere."
The real question, though, is if you can be expected to
know any of this. For if you are clueless you are simply going about it in a random way - which is illegal. Only if there is a predefined system or if
skill can influence how you end up - only then is it legal.

And I don't think it's other game's fault we have whiners. I think it's other game's fault we loose so many in the first few hours, while most of the whining is coming from people who have lost "a bit of" money. I say "a bit of" because I think the people who loose the most shut up about it.
