I keep running across the mega hofs and ATHs and seeing people cry about here being "no items" in them.
Why are you crying? This is a
good thing, not bad.
Items are still dropping, (yes not nearly as much as in the past, but get over it) and now we have twice as much chance of getting our hands on them.
Consider these 2 true globals/hofs
Player A gets 6.9k uber

Perhaps, player 1 is willing to spend his new fortune on Jag arms. Lo and behold a new set happens to be available and the person who looted them is willing to sell them.
A deal is reached. Items/peds are exchanged and everyone walks away happy.
The other (old) method that lots of folks seem to want is that one person gets a 7k uber consisting of high markup items.
Great. Now one guy has both peds and items and the rest of us have to dig in our pockets to pay off some bloke who, in my opinion, hit the lottery not once, but twice.
I prefer the way it is now. 7k in oils or a 61 global w/ jag arms. Either way, you can afford the arms.
What's the problem?
