All three names will appear in the format of Firstname Nickname Lastname.
My first name is Midori.
My second name Fairlona.
My nickname is Beretrena.
I am shown in in-game chat and all other displays as "Midori Beretrena Fairlona".
How you are called will depend on what you ask people to call you and how easy it is to type each name (many people will just call you by the shortest of your three names). Most of my friends call me Midori, but they can see my full name all the time.
