But those need to have social sercurity number now and american citizen to verified it, But the also sell the visa gift cards, i think that doesn't require anything. but u definately can check those out at

or u can just go to any american express counter in major shopping center (if there's one in that mall) and buy the instant amex-card that also doesn't need any verification for tourist.
