As Etopia said, it would be cool that as further away you are from a guy the lower the sound is, like in real life. So if you wanna talk to someone you have to stay close to him. You could even make a shouting option, but I think that would just be annoying
As for the crippeld ppl, there is with Vista a voice to text option. Didn't work that well on Vista I think, and might be overkill for
