To be honest if I see a ship, I'dd push the button and claim it. Maybe not nice for the miner, but finders keepers. If
MA didn't intend it that way, they wouldn't done it that way.
And to be really honest, if it was pvp area (like most parts of amethera) I'dd shoot the miner so I could claim the ship first.
I know it's not nice, just call me a bitch :P, but atleast I'm honest about it
