I was goign to post something similar, but thought it better a master crafter post first.
@Level 25 tailor will cost you 360ped min. in materials IF you can find the platinum. The collateral probably surmounts to 10k (i am sure if i owned this bp that had QR i wouldn't let it go for anything less)
A simpler solution is to buy one, or to provide a crafter with the platinum.
