Blueprints, like everything else, have a Market Value. BUT, a BP from 1 to 100 QR may differ a lot in actual value, when the MV shown is practically the same... so, how do I find out the true value of a blueprint?

I asked myself this after I saw a seller at Nea's today who was shouting "selling BPs, ALL UNDER MARKET VALUE"... imo, this is purely apsurd
