As far as I understood, they take it out of your inventory the moment the will ship it.
If they can not take it out, they will not ship it.
Also, how should they know, that you are ready to receive it ?
If you go on vacation and put it in storage they would know you are not ready for shipment.
Or also coul plainly be...they can not easily access your storage.
