I really don't think Richard has enough cash to pay everyone back. He is probably hoping that people will just give up. Involving police is a bit harsh though, we knew the risks. Besides we gave him money to invest, if he made a bad investment then there is no breach of contact. Also the fact that
MA technically owns the peds does not help either. Along with that fact that your talking about a cross boarders trial involving very small sums of money.
Anyway it would be nice to see some things moving along (I was trying to do something but gave up on the whole process). I know Richard wanted me to give 13k to Warz and the shop back, but then I have no collaterial. This is not a workable solution.
