well, you have no idea that it's spawing "in that moment" - i asked for proof and you gave me .. um ... not proof
even assuming that your "proof" is true, i.e. it "always spawning 200 meters", there is still no proof that you spawned it - another person can walk up and say "it spawned for me" - your logic relies on itself to be true, im afraid
therefore, any conclusion of "stealing" is poorly based
