I have had a couple of A104s which I use for hunts. I noticed that the minimum TT for one is 1.19 peds, the other is at 1.18 peds. Recently I started to wonder if that means the decay / burn rate for items are individual and not fixed for a particular type of items.
I also noticed that Entropedia states that the minimum TT for the A104 is at 1.2 peds.

So, will that mean that some armor / weapons / amps / etc is better then others, even though they may all be the "same" item?
Has anyone else noticed "same" items with different specs / minimum tt values, etc?
