Mining claim bug

Yesterday, mining as i always do, i experienced the weirdest bug ever.
I got a huge erdorium worth 530 ped, but could only extract like 400 ped before i was getting the "couldnt execute try again thingy" like u can see there ->

So then, i sent a support explaining exactly the problem and that the claim wasnt under something, that i could extract until 400ped about and as expected, i then got this answer :

Hi,

Sometimes resources are inaccessible and cannot be excavated. They might be stuck under trees, stones, turrets or in buildings. This is all part of the virtual universe experience.
Therefore there cannot be any compensation for an inaccessible resource.

Kind regards,
Entropia Support

i dont care so much i can take this bug costing peds , but now the claim has expired and is still in my inventory, aswell as the claim up.
and when iam trying to explain them that, they just tell me

Hi,

We do understand your distress, but unfortunately there is nothing we can do to assist you in this matter. MindArk is constantly working on keeping the system stable. On rare occasions, issues that affect the performance of the system occur. This is due to technical reasons that are unexpected and unavoidable. In the End User License Agreement (EULA), it is stated that Mindark is not liable for the participant’s expenses or losses that may arise from the use of the Entropia Universe. We are sorry that we are not able to help your further in this case.

Kind regards,
Entropia Support

iam hoping this bug will be taken care off asap, i dont have to be forgotten (plz remove this claim deed :P)
