The efficiency has to do with how much trust your pet gets per use, just like efficiency does for an extractor (and it might also be variable within the range like the extractor). There's really not much else it could mean. I just haven't quantified the amount per efficiency because, as i mentioned before, i realized that both brushes have the same efficiency/pec when maxed, thus making the point moot. If and when new brushes show up with different efficiency/PEC, it will be a more relevant question.
There's no reason to use brushes right now, btw. (A) because pets don't do anything useful
(yet); (B) because brushes cost more than pets; and (C) because anything pets do right now can be done without brushing them.
