Further to my previous comments I propose an overhaul of the bonus point posting system since in its current state suffers from the following flaws:
The cutoff time for bonus point posting varies throughout a season based on whether daylight saving is present or absent, the duration of an event, and the confusion over "2 days" after an event or "48 hours to the second" after the event. This is only going to cause frustration to one or more people throughout a season which should be avoided in what is a good and fun event.
My proposal is as follows:
Bonus points should be posted by a time that never varies no matter what time of year it is or the length of the event. This avoids any ambiguity.
I suggest one of the following 3 deadlines:
i) within 1 hour of the conclusion of the event. This isnt a fixed time but is the compromise option. People need to get their screens posted immeadiately after the event, while its fresh in their mind and they are online.
ii) by midnight
MA time on the day of the event. A fixed time that doesnt vary whatever time of year of length of event. No ambiguity, no confusion. Get them in on the same day and they count.
iii) by midnight
Ma time the tuesday after the event. Gives people more time and is a fixed time rather than a varying time, avoids ambiguity.
My suggestion is the second option; getting all screens in on the same day of the event. This is a fixed time, and easy to remember, there will be no confususion and people will know they need to get it sorted pretty much straight away.

Yeah, I'm annoyed because I've been bitten on the @ss by a flaw in the system. It's too late for me and I'll get over it, the main thing is to take something positive from this unpleasant experience and ensure this doesnt happen again to anyone else in future and I feel one of the options above would be the most appropriate solution.
